How does your pricing work?

We offer the most competitive prices to our vendors. Interior designers/trade professionals receive to-the-trade pricing and there is no minimum purchase per order.

What is the cost of shipping?

Our shipping is always free to you within the continental United States. If you are located outside of the U.S., please contact us via the chat button below for a custom shipping quote.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Occasionally we offer rugs to be sent out "on approval". A credit card on file is required for this service. This is done on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via the chat button below if you have special request like this. 

Do you offer drop-shipping? 

We are happy to ship directly to your customers if they are located within the continental U.S. Feel free to leave any shipping instructions in the 'notes' section at checkout. 

Do you have more rugs available than what is on your site?

The inventory located in Ohio is only a fraction of the inventory we have available to us. Let us know your specific requirements and we will do our best to find the rug for you.

Can I view rugs in person?

Our showroom is located 45 minutes north of Columbus, Ohio in Ashley, Ohio. We offer rug viewings by appointment only. To set up a time to view rugs in person, you can contact us here.
